Our Team

At Dynamic Balance Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Centre, our team is dedicated to helping our patients find the best pathways back to health possible. We have extensive education and accreditation and a commitment to continue the learning process in order to always provide the most up to date and innovative therapeutic treatments. We are a part of local Professional Associations and other community organizations to raise awareness for the prevention of workplace injuries and sport and fitness injuries. Dave Rambukkana BSc (PT), BHSc
Registered Physiotherapist,
Owner Dynamic Balance Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Centre

Dave completed his Bachelor of Health Science degree in 2000 and Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree in 2003 from the University of Western Ontario. He has furthered his education in post-graduate courses in Medical Exercise Therapy, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine, Mulligan Techniques, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and Acupuncture. Dave believes strongly in a combination of exercise and manual therapy as the best route to recovery and in client centered care. As a physiotherapist, Dave is particularly interested in treating sports-related injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Personally he enjoys a variety of sports, especially golf, soccer, snowboarding, rugby and basketball. He has been practicing physiotherapy for 10 years, with the last five in Oshawa.


Kayley Schweighardt
Registered Massage Therapist

Since Kayley is a graduate of Centennial College's Massage Therapy Program receiving an Advanced Diploma. She is up to date on a variety of techniques for relaxation and for therapeutic benefit. Kayley enjoys working with each client to create a specific treatment plan that fits their needs in order to reach their treatment goals. She has a special interest in Prenatal and infant massage and hopes to one day become a Doula. Kayley specializes in Deep tissue, craniosacral and Hot Stone Massage as well.


Dr. Josh Ibe

Dr. Josh Ibe graduated from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. Prior to attending NYCC, Josh attended the University of Toronto where he earned a B. Sc. In Biochemistry. He has a strong focus on providing the best client-centered care possible, utilizing manual therapy techniques along with stretching and exercise to obtain the best results for any musculoskeletal concern. Josh has a keen interest in sports-related injuries. He enjoys a wide variety of sports and music, and keeps active by playing basketball and volleyball. Josh is excited to help members of the Oshawa area achieve their health goals.
